  • Use of Ecoblocks: We create ecoblocks, which are large bottles filled with recycled plastic, in various construction and renovation projects. This initiative not only helps reduce plastic waste, but also contributes to more sustainable construction projects. PROJECT UNDER DEVELOPMENT.

  • Beach Clean-Ups: We organize and participate in beach or conservation area clean-ups. We believe in the importance of keeping our beaches clean and free of debris to protect marine life and coastal ecosystems, fostering local support in the community that encourages and motivates each others towards achieving our collective personal bests.

  • Education and Awareness: We provide information to our guests on how they can help with our sustainability initiatives during their stay. This includes the products we provide as well as recommendations for reducing pollution, energy and water consumption, and how to participate in our recycling and beach cleaning activities.

What types of experiences do you offer?

We offer a wide range of experiences to cater to various personal needs, including water sports, experiences in the water, inland, cultural experiences, Yoga and Pilates, Massages and much more. Our services are designed for your convivence and to enhance the overall perception of Costa Rica.

Can I get a return for a tour if it no longer meets my schedule or they don't have spaces?

Yes, we accept returns within a specific period after reservation, provided the following times. Please refer to the following information to contact us at our email on how to initiate a return:

1. Cancellations by the guest:

Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount paid will be refunded.

Between 15 and 29 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.

Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund will be made.

2. Reservation modifications:

Modifications to reservation dates are subject to availability and may involve changes to the rate. Any requested modifications must be made at least 15 days in advance.

3. Cancellation by the company:

In the event that the property management company cancels the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the guest will be offered an option to reschedule the stay or a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Cancellations due to weather conditions or emergencies:

In the event of extreme weather conditions, emergencies or events beyond our control, the company will make every effort to relocate the guest to an alternative property or refund the full amount paid.

5. No Show:

In the event of a no-show without prior notification, it will be considered a cancellation and no refund will be made.

6. Cancellation Process:

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our email [email protected] or by sending a message via whatsapp to 89898050. The date the request is received will determine the amount of the refund, if applicable.

Yes, we offer financing options to make purchasing easier. You can apply for financing through our website, and upon approval, you’ll receive information on how to proceed with your purchase using the financing option.
